Znamy szczegóły nowego wydawnictwa The Beatles, “On Air – Live at the BBC Volume 2″.
Zestaw, który ukaże się w sprzedaży 11 listopada na dwóch płytach CD zawierać będzie nagrania, jakie formacja przygotowała dla radia BBC w latach 1963-1964. Wśród kawałków, poza autorskimi utworami The Beatles znajdą się m.in. covery Chucka Berry’ego (“Memphis, Tennessee”), Raya Charlesa (“I Got a Woman”) czy Little Richarda (“Lucille”). Wydawnictwo zostanie uzupełnione także fragmentami wypowiedzi muzyków.
Pierwsza część kompilacji, zatytułowana po prostu “Live at the BBC” ukazała się w 1994 roku. Z okazji wydania kontynuacji, jedynka – także 11 listopada doczeka się zremasterowanej reedycji.
